Prototyping & Low-Volume Part Production
U.S. Cold Spray leverages its high-pressure cold spray system to produce parts of various and complex geometries and densities using a wide range of materials, including aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, steels, nickel-based superalloys, and refractory metals. High-Throughput Cold Spray Deposition Systems
U.S. Cold Spray is scaling cold spray to support larger build envelopes and higher deposition rates, reducing fabrication times and costs for large, near-net-shaped structures to support areas such as shipbuilding, heavy machinery, and infrastructure repair.

Portable On-Site Repair Platforms
To support remote, expeditionary operations, U.S. Cold Spray is developing miniaturized, portable cold spray systems designed for rapid component restoration at the point-of-need, minimizing logistical costs and downtime of critical assets.

We are pioneering functionally graded materials by leveraging cold spray to seamlessly transition between dissimilar metals within a single component.
